The hotel offers charming and spotlessly clean rooms overlooking Gower Street and the amazing LSHTM frieze. However, the rooms were much too warm even with the window open and radiators all shut off. The service was very helpful and friendly, though a tiny bit brisk at times. The location is superb and very convenient for the West End and Euston, with several underground stations nearby. The dining experience was very good with friendly staff, although the options were very basic. The hotel has excellent facilities, making the stay comfortable.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is superb, close to everything we needed and easy access to Ally Pally, but the rooms were a bit noisy being at the front and in need of an update. The lack of a lift was inconvenient, especially for those with mobility issues.
